This page explains where to send a question, and who can actually answer it. Getting this right will save you time, because the two possibilities are handled by two different organisations.
For anything about an order you have placed
We cannot help with orders. We do not take payments, we cannot see your order, we cannot change an address, we cannot track a shipment and we cannot issue a refund. Everything to do with a purchase is handled by the seller.
Contact the seller's support team directly at [email protected]. Include your order number, the email address you used at checkout and the date of purchase, and you will get a much faster answer.
Things to send to the seller, not to us
- Order status, tracking numbers and delivery delays
- Changing or cancelling an order
- Wrong weight or size delivered, or a damaged item
- Starting a return under the 90-day money-back guarantee
- Refund timing, partial refunds and payment disputes
- Questions about the optional Parcelis Shipping Protection add-on
The 90-day money-back guarantee in short
The seller offers a 90-day money-back guarantee. Unused items must be returned in their original packaging for a full refund or replacement, less shipping and handling. Keep the packaging until you are certain you are keeping the blanket, and start the process with the seller well before day 90.

Before you order
Check the weight against the sizing guide (120-170 lbs takes the 15 lb, 170 lbs and over takes the 18 lb), confirm the final total on the checkout page including shipping and tax, and decide whether you want the $4.95 shipping-protection toggle, which arrives switched on by default.
